ARU; she'd be forming a triple bottom. I'm far from a chartist, but I'd guestimate that the time to buy is 1. now around 19-19.5c but 2. more definitely/certain when eod close at >= 24c on volume. My gut tells me that will only occur with strong positive announcements (likely re final binding signed Offtakes to complete the 85% of planned production), and then the big push in SP will occur when complete Funding package announced and the shorts have to close out, and lo & behold the biggest short squeeze we retail have ever seen as the price will hit 35c+.
IMO the CR will be delayed/occur into next FY(24/25) and will likely occur at over 37c. The hope is that it is a Renounceable Entitlement Offer ( hopefully similar to TWE recent CR- a PATREOffer) whereby those who are unable to participate in a CR have their entitlement either traded on-market (ASX:TWER) or are provided a small $ amount for that right by Instos/BEOT that want to get in OR have a bigger share of the pie eg maybe HP may want to get to19.9% holding at that time.

All IMVHO, DYOR (cause I have), GLTA(patient)LTH "Build it they will come for more" LTH over 1.0mil but less than 5.0 mil shares.
