.... this is why the company is saying it isn't those who bought in the CR, becasuse it isn't.
What they're not acknowledging though is the 32.5% effective discount of the CR was just as good for the shorters (if not better) because the theoretical share price value it gave was 0.135c, when it was trading at 0.20c.
