I assume it means that impending news about guaranteed offtakes, finance approval, government support and awarding tenders for installation of plant and equipment, culminating in the final go-ahead for Nolan’s and beyond, will overcome the downward pressure on the share price from the shorters (who will need to cover large amounts), and it will result in an upward movement outside the current bounds of chart analysis and expected trends based on graphs.
