Similarities are the fruit takes a very long time to produce and expensive is durian due to time to grow. Similar with ARU in that very expensive to grow to production then very valuable at selling point. Need only look at Lynas price chart history for reference.
HP investment arm are arriving everywhere in particular RE space at opportunistic time - low premiums abound for big returns that we to will be enjoying. gltah patience but not far away now.
