Anything's possible Spreme as ILU trading low and has the Aus Gov support in loan of 1 billion and seeking more and those tax concession similar to US IRA set up.. Although 5% is a considerable hold it is not a blocking stake so interest ahead in that they will continue accumulating after the mandatory ASX requirement of substantial holdings - and how well that's been discussed.
HP are certainly positioning themselves for any blocks It would be favorable to see another large player get involved with ARU - start a similar scenario to that of Gina's launch at Liontown. However all considered HP are safeguarded with ARU management and as anticipated HP may increase their stake at ARU - perhaps the lot subject to share holders/gov approval - or at the least - as shown in that most recent SPP HP will continue to contribute greatly with participation into the equity side.

HP strategy will become clearer as situation evolves. Gina's dynamic draws crowds and many others - BEOT who are like us discussing her end plan and we may even see the sheep mentality arrive on the back of her investments in RE. All depends on other BEOT support of her strategy - to corner the global ex China RE production, refining/separation and magnets - all at a premium end price in coming years.

It's there for all to see - dam frustrating the ARU SP at present but it will turn. Also frustrating awaiting the debt/equity closure - what % and whom and when will this persistent manipulation/accumulation cease and we can raise the equity at fair value and get that activated for serious construction start up.
Patience will be rewarded.
