See what you are missing here is most retail dont have enough cash to manipulate the markets in favour of sentiment wanted like these major shorters (insto scum for most part) do nor have access to insider info to take advanatage of. Plus the info is displayed on a lag and not all info regarding actions are presented to retail due to use of dark pools for trading where the scum do not have to report their activity.
