$1 is completely doable within 12 months imo. To get there will be a combination of FID completion, milestones being met on construction, NdPr price increasing and got old fashion FOMO.
All of that could get us to $1.50 as the most optimistic scenario, but imo the $2, $5 ranges will be seen once construction is complete and sales are coming through.
Maybe 3 years for the 2 or 3 dollar plus range.
Guessing is half the fun.
