It looks like the consolidation was highly successful for BOE. They have had an increase in price by over 100% in 2-3years, and have in the meantime acquired another site due to the as the capital raise being at higher prices.
A consolidation, when done at the right time and place can be a very successful tool for a growing business. ARU won’t do one now or soon, but that being said, in 3-4 years, in the medium term, it may be good strategic move to support growth. Depending on SP of course.
But, this topic is getting way too far ahead of ourselves.
