And if they do not produce the goods they'll be going hungry given their salaries are largely related to progressive milestones. I prefer hungry boards who need to deliver than those on substantial salaries and free shares for sign ups and pathetic retention timelines - whom deliver not much - just waffle for capital raisings to keep their packages.
One of our key new director engagements just bought on market plus 80k of shares - pretty good indicator.
Some recent additions obviously as we arrive at development stage and also replacing our previous CEO changeover and gone ECE director.
