100 to 125k is not a lot of money to start a business nowadays... it may need more than that... sparky and plumber charge a fortune if they show up to work.. but then depends to what sort of set up he wants...
he better reinvest those 100 to 125kg back to ARU .. there might be better chance to double those money with a right announcement...
