Hey Pat. Check out short position decline 1 week prior to July 1 announcement to most current availability - down 1/2% - and appears set to continue - obviously the FID arrival anticipated. There in lies your daily volumes - bot trades and blocks they install to prevent the sp getting away from them and basically no resistance as buyers are not present ATM.
Throw in some traders additional minimal volume.
A stock with such SOI as ARU requires volume for sustained gains. Hopefully such will arrive in near term.
