Most likely yes. Only reason I believe this is because since March, there hasn’t been a single negative announcement.
It’s tried to break through 21c many times and couldn’t, but at the same time struggled to go lower than 16.5c when there was a push to do so.
So we are essentially stuck in limbo, waiting for FID to be finalised, construction commencing and enough buyers coming into the party the make the shorts move to their next stock.
Each investor has their own risk tolerance. I believe majority of the investors who believe ARU will achieve FID are already in the stock.
The next wave of investors who are waiting for FID to be finalised are waiting in the sidelines, and will pounce once the Ann is released.
