If the final credit raising is at 20c the existing share will still be 20c per share.
1m shares b4 FCL is 0.xxxxxxxx% of SOI.. after the FCR the 1m shares is now .25 x 0.xxxxxx% providing the dilution is 75%..
therefore thenfuture eps will be much much lower. If you believe share price is determined by the multiple and eps .. then what is the effect of this massive dilution to the growth of the share price.. ( capital appreciation)
