Regarding the pizza analogy, Arafura is about to go from 1 pizza to around 4 pizzas. Its 400 million valuation will be boosted by 1.5 billion spent on infrastructure. The additional shares issued will go towards growing the company.
The dilution comes into play with dividends, but the expected Phase 2 of Nolan’s (Pizza # 5 to 10) and upwards price pressure on ex-China rare earths should compensate for that, if not improve existing shareholders’ returns.
