but to summarize….aru is in a position of power, yet we seem to be letting these equity participants use the current SP to dictate the Offer Price. This is not in the best interest of existing shareholders.
These equity participants are also preventing the disclosure of the off take agreements. So the current SP does not reflect the likely favorable terms. And thus we should not be raising at this current SP.
it will be interesting how management respond.
