As others have stated, off course shorts would increase on the day of the announcement, its a sure thing. Over the next few days I would expect the shorts to start covering. I would also expect it to be timed and meticulous so as not to spook a short squeeze. I would highly recommend holders/entries to start topping up/enter as a gradual clime from here is anticipated and will only work against the shorts!!
