Sure it's legal and sometimes the only way to stop significant management fraud. Not for stocks like ARU. I'm talking like Reliance Industries in India where the CEO & the PM are in bed together and the whole country and market are being screwed.
I've said before ARU is a speculative investment. You have gorillas like Gina Rinehart present. You have other gorilla's on the other side of the capital markets like Union funds e.g. Aust Super and opaque Chinese Interests also throwing haymakers. Easy to get caught between the silverbacks.
All IMVHO.
Yeah sure the hard man Albo and his crew will get in front and save us. har har.
