Agreed, management shenanigans appear to have destroyed trust and shareholder value. This is exactly the opposite of what their obligation is.

Unfortunately a lot of noise on easy places like HotCopper. This won't change a thing.

To shareholders: VOTE and EMAIL. Email the company, email websites (like st***ead), email Madeleine King, email Hancock!

....and VOTE. Vote against this unconscionable remuneration package and against all these Board resolutions.

So much has been done not at arms length.

Poor budgetting. Poor forecasting. Poor scheduling. Poor CR timing. Poor planning. Poor guidance. Yet not poor performance remuneration?
