Chairman needs to go.

He has constantly mislead shareholders. Guidance has been constantly misleading.

He has overseen a shamozzle since he joined, which has destroyed existing shareholder ownership and value with missed schedules, poor budget management, and terrible timing of capital raises. Seriously they must be the only ASX company that doesn't do raises when the share price is high, but instead when low. Why!?!?!?!?!?!

He has overseen the company blowing through $150M in 9 months in 2023 only to run out of money because yet again they didn't meet FID guidance.

Then, a fire sale capital raise giving away hundreds of millions $ in the company to scrimp together $25M each time only to blow through that and repeat again only 7 months later..

He had a falling out with the previous CEO who built up the company to where it is today. Forced him out and replaced him with a fellow Board member.

He awarded the fellow Board member an enourmous and ridiculous CEO remuneration package, which no doubt buys patronage. A package that is out of step with the performance of shareholder value.

This. Chairman. Must. Go.

Make some noise people. Email the company.

The market would proably react very positively to a new Chairman that is held in high esteem and high regard with great connections. It's time.
