Sadly, before they did this destructive capital raise yet again in July:
- share price was 20-22c and looking solid
- our shareholding owned 5% more of the company than it does now
Was it worth it Cuzzubo and Southey?
With $42M in the bank - enough to fund 3 quarters (to 31 March 2025), was it worth dropping our ownership and hammering the market cap of the company by $100M+? Yet again?
To raise $25M? To feed shorters who are hurting the company value?
.... why would they do this terrible ROI. We are talking quite shrewd people here, interestingly.
Someone please help me understand because I have NFI.
