but how many times do retail get their full allotment during a c/r and with being in the hot section,that is why i will buy on market when the price is close to the c/r price
so there for you can have your amount that you want in your holdings that day and do not have to wait for refunds
also at one point it looked as if it was going to go under the c/r price
