A death spiral is more then 30% and not what you/we want believe me.*
It's a spiral which you don't recover from,
in aircraft you - auger in, - buy the farm, etc.
Splat is the result there and bankruptcy is the result in equities.
All IMVHO.
* e.g. FTX had a death spiral.
