I agree with you and an excellent concise analysis but the NPV is based on a Nd/Pr price.
I think that may be understated of course to be ton that would be speculative. Which is very much the realm of HC posters and presumably buyers & sellers.
I'm still happy with the long road ahead. Wait till we hit the bumps/axle breakers.
