Another example is Francis Wedin from Vulcan Energy. They have a very good and open shareholder communication - and also time their CR on SP highs. Note from the last Genetal Meeting, July 2024:
"It is noted that the Company’s Executive Chair, Dr Wedin has declined to receive anyincentive securities, as he is of the belief that he is already sufficiently incentivised through his existing shareholding as founder of the ZERO CARBON LITHIUM™ business anddoes not want to dilute existing shareholders."
