well stated. I am not so sure about the timeline, but would welcome the plan as you described.
definitevly a good idea to load up, as long as we see this level. We have seen the kexim announcement and the EulerHermes confirmation (both known in principle) shifting the SP. So next announcement, we will most probably leave this SP Level behind.
for the dilution: I have seen so many capital raises with Aru since 2017 there is nothing more I would dislike than another dilution. So if the plan goes as planned we might not need further retail offerin with (significant) lower level of SP
