Maybe as ARU approaches/on the cusp of becoming an ASX200 stock its time to start a "General Discussion" thread. Here goes...

My gut feel is that Hancock Prospecting/GR will assist, no... make sure that Nolan's gets up and running successfully, even putting one of her chosen Directors on the Board (with construction experience). All the while HP will continue to buy more shares, mostly via any Placements/future Pro-rata CRs, but also it will be interesting to see if there is any further buying on-market as it will require a Disclosure Notice within a week of purchase.
I think HP will possibly contribute Debt to fund the build/construction, but have provisions in the funding to have that Debt convert to Equity over time (most likely as the interest payments are due, the interest $$ will convert to Equity via a set formula eg VWAP preceding 4 weeks etc) This will allow HP to gradually increase %holding without forcing the share price higher. All IMHO, and all just possibilities of how this will play-out over the next 3 years as in all likelihood first delivery of NdPr oxide product will be in 1Q CY 2026. Fingers crossed (we all know alot can go wrong and delays will prob occur, so March 2026 would be excellent IMO)
Current NdPr pricing is $US104.50 (incl 13%VAT) so $US92.50 ex VAT per kg = $A 139.80 @ A0.6760 pretty much in line with last NPV estimation by management. (Using metal.com )
Anyone have info on how Phosphoric acid by-product pricing going ? I can't recall if ARU has locked in any offtakers for that yet, but recall it is heading to India.
