While we're on the subject of articles - good one in the Economist Oct 10 2010 entitled The hunt for rare earths in which appears 'China recognised the strategic importance of rare earths decades before the west, says Alastair Stephens of Arafura Resources in Perth, Australia. Good article, balanced - worth a look at Economist.com/businessview
Its a good time to top up as into 2010 this will move up pretty fast IMHO. A
