Certainly MD count me in. Whilst I can see what has been happening for a long time and understand to some extent the end result will be palatable - it's not acceptable. All we have is a vote - use it to send a clear message - voices are minimal at AGM due to challenges to attend.
I suggest all others here thumb this to let them know in advance what's coming. The share register from last years annual report (another due next month and why they want to close this SPP deal before AR and announced progress arrival of bucket 1 within a couple of months after AR) - shows that retail still likely have the majority of voting power - not for much longer.
