John Howard's reason for this war being legal is that Iraq has broken a UN resolution - he says they have illegal weapons. BUT this is based on an unproven assumption that he actually has these weapons. Therefore to date this war is still illegal... and this is what happens when you get a lawyer running a country - they just want to turn the whole world into a court room.
But our countries do have some very intelligent brains working for/against them. They will get around the 'legalities'... and form new legalities... new alliances... a new world order/disorder.
