Lots has been happening so I think we are due for a recap.

Share price looking at rebounding today, nice. Shame I wanted more at yesterday's prices lol. I did get some. Rare opportunity. Still insanely under intrinsic value and never in a better position to be the next global NdPr producer. Remember, share price will always ultimately follow value.

ARU
Less than $200M MC
$1.4B NPV operation commencing next year (produced and seperated all in Aus)
PM, Federal Ministers, NT Chief Minister - all publically commenting support (600+ jobs! Royalties)
$300M in soverign dd Australian Governmefunding secured
FEED commencing
$55M post CR in the bank
Offtakes - advanced discussions with 9 parties (9!)
120% of production already sold if all parties materialise (so in other words a buffer)
Finance - advanced discussions. Inidcations FEED would get this done (and now FEED is happening)
NdpR - the highly prized/valued Rare Earth to be in significant shortage right when ARU produce
NdPr - needed for electric vehicles! More to be produced than any other cars (hence Tesla stock has gone stratospheric)
China - dominates and controls NdPr. Intolerable risk to the West who are strategically actioning this now (risk both security and supply chain)
Clean Rare Earths production required by EU. China doesn't meet this. ARU's blockchain ensures this is proven.
1 hr drive from Alice Springs, just off Stuart Highway, rail, gas all there. Darwin and Port Augusta all accessible (ports)
Not expecting any more CR - the rest of the funding will be debt facility

Most importantly.......
5 years pay off debt, then $350M PA FREE CASHFLOW (this is more than current MC!) for 35 years!
> this is the key. They can then return to shareholders (and/or organically grow) more $ PA than their current MC (share price)

Lets not forget there is also potential to increase the mine life/size. Plus other little bonuses such as their Tungsten/Copper joint venture with THR.

Also, Tesla announced its loking at opening up its charging station network across the USA and EU to competitors. Good times coming for EVs and their primary producer components.
