Under ASX listing rule 7.1 the number of securities to be issued under the SSP cannot be more than 30 per cent of ordinary issued capital.
In that’s approximately 17,469,977 shares or $5,590,392 at .32c a share.
If everyone subscribed for the maximum amount 15,625 shares, we can safely issue to 1,118 share holders.
As at 13 September 2005 Arafura had 872 shareholders, so I think we might be very close to getting our full allocation for this one.
