I think that's likely that everyone will get what they apply for. Even though the number of shareholders has increased since the figure quoted from Sept last year, it is really only small shareholders that will apply for shares. I mean, anyone (fund or person) that owns a lot of shares (I don't know, more than $100k) is not going to bother with extra $5k worth.
