ThO to NdPr = 44.35% which translates to 440kg Thorium Oxide for each tonne of NdPr.
Presuming you accept the published reality Nolans 2700ppm, you might want to try researching the economic cost in containing, handling & storing in such a very large proportion of thorium relative to NdPr production.
