Of course there is a cost to managing very significantly higher levels of radiation compared to other resources, and of course ARU haven't gone out of their way to broadcast the fact, pretty damn obvious to all but the most stupid, sue me.

Take another tack, why exactly is ARU's CapEx so massively high, clearly evidenced by the equally massive capital density to NdPr projected? Obviously the low Nd in-situ 0.539% has a lot to do with it, MtW 1.764% +3x, but 440kg of Thorium to 1000kg NdPr just has to add a significant cost factor that would need extremely careful mgt from a number of perspectives.
