The number of shares ECE is holding hasn't changed. They're just accepting the dilution from capital raises. They are not selling.
I highly doubt the Federal govt would scuttle a billion dollar project for an in demand resource based on less than 7.3% ownership by a foreign entity.
Ignore the FUD. We are potentially on the verge of European offtakes which would provide certainty towards financing negotiations.
