iomtt I can't say I take the same view on this. While progress has been made a few thing are blaring out of this message.

1. ARUP have missed the July milestone.
2. Completion of a pre-feasibility study is not the same as commercially viable.
3. "improvement opportunities" and "further optimisation" errs on the need for cost cutting to improve the roi, as does "further refinement...of design" and "more rapid construction" and "testing at the existing pilot plant" and "opportunity to further refine the design resulting in significant cost savings to the project"
4. another 3month delay (this will prove to be a plus for continuing accumulation) to get to where we should have been today.


Don't get me wrong, I share the same view point for ECT. Maybe i'm just too sceptical, I don't mind being wrong in this instance.

On a positive note the cross flow dryer design is impressive as is the two stage counter flow batching principal. Credit to ARUP for a neat solution to dryer bed depth.
