I can't see too many deals (deals not MOU's) being done without a BFS and a GMP. The three months is ECT's time frame not mine. As for accumulating, if ARUP had delivered the +/-10% today (as we were expecting) then significantly more definitive statements would have been made in the announcement and we would have seen the tail end of sub 10's. As it stands ESI is still at a bargan price as it will be tomorrow.
