What announcement would that be. The original funding announcement did not give details.
To say they can raise as much money they like is not right. The dilutionary effect of raising $1m (12,500,000 shares 3.6% dilution)at todays prices would surely be a concern tyo all shareholders.
Yuo would think given the pounding Fortrend has taken since the last issue, that they would be very concerned about allowing the company to draw large sums
