If ARUP have agreed to "risk share" linking their fees to specific deliverables then would that suggest they could also "profit share" from introductions that lead to signed contracts. Could they be a potential partner/investor. Would be hard pressed to find a better recommendation for COLDRY than ARUP considering their vast experience and capability.
As the ducks have been lined up........ the archer is pulling the arrow back against the bow.....the greater the tension.....
