Quick question: If you were a power station would you sign a deal with no concrete calculations of what advantages there are for you, no design and costing for a plant, and no idea who could build the thing on time and on budget ?

With answers to these questions now in written, proven form, it's time for management to make the deals. Until now you would have been aksing them to find some idiot to sign on the dotted line blindly.

The real question is what previous management did.

Anyway, Con will be gone soon having done what he was asked to do...lay the base which should have been done in the past with all the money that went into this company.
