I think you are correct. We will re-visit 4.5 and then most likely bounce to 5.5, before starting to decay once more, possibly to 4. I think it's a given that the only thing that can save us is a JORC, or some AMAZING drills from Yandal.
I'm still going the oppies. Worth a gamble as at 1.1, offer awesome leverage. Little effect on cash flows also in the short time, I mean short term.
