yes absolutely its what the capping is all about. stops are always just under support levels hence the touch to 4.5c
i remember when EXT triggered rolling stops from $5 down to $2 ( in 48 hours) before bouncing to new highs.
the bounce after is critical to confirm buyers are waiting.
earthquakes? should loosen top soil, we could hit mother load 1st up , just kidding.
