A strong sense of Deva vu about all this scatter gun approach. The RH timeline stretch was clearly misleading, they had to have known all along that the construction would take longer but calling it, "fully permitted" was just deceitful, they have been buried in red tape for months and must have been aware of it.

And again today we see a cryptic tweet that does not actually say anything while SH are waiting for a formal announcement that might arrest the slide. At the moment 10 c by Christmas is looking like a good bet.
