The next CR will need to be 500,000,000 shares at 2 cents then another consolidation should have the shares in the hands where ARV started in 2016.
Buy then as after that it will be ramped again on whatever flavor of the month is.
No CR then follow the assets sold to their “new” home if you can
The chance of mining metal only slightly better than 0%
