As far as the rest of your post, I was and still am willing to pay and do my part to remove the board and try to salvage something from this company. The Shareholder Group did nothing and seems to have died. At one point we had the the amount of shares needed to implement a 249D, not sure if that’s the case with all the dilution that’s happened since. But to get anywhere it’s going to take a group effort, not merely individual leadership.
