Whoever is going to get the 20 million shares already know that they have them in the bag.
Thats a saving of 20% on whatever the current SP is. If she booms to $2.50 ... thats an extra $10mill they have to fork out!!
No doubt they already own a parcel of RWD and are selling them off to the market to keep the price around the $2 mark so they can get their 20 mill shares at $1.60
Damn! Thats another 28 days we have to wait to see RWD do its thing!
We will have to depend on large buyers/instos who want in to start buying now ... that will be an interesting sight indeed.
