    I just reckon that they have the potential share recipients in mind already. Possibly an Indian milionaire comes to mind. If this is the case, then expect an announcement pretty soon after the GM giving details.

    My suspicions are aroused by the constant pushing down of the stock ... someone doesnt want it above $2, thats for sure!

    This matte is not a problem if it is the case, just a short-term holdup
