I have been a long term AMU & ARW holder.

It is interesting that the record date for the ARW is after the Budget. (May 15)
Clearly the previous Liberal government destroyed the Biodiesel industry in Australia by passing the removal of Excise concessions & Insisting on blending with existing Diesel with the drought increasing raw material prices was the Icing on the cake.

I have been advised that John Lillywhite (Former Proactive CEO) personally lobbied the Liberal Government and Peter Garret & the Labour party.
We also have Andrew Peacock as Chairman of AMU he may have some Friends left in Canberra and Macquarie Bank were/are engaged as consultants to ARW.

Clearly if the budget was to allow ARW to.
    • Sell direct to end uses without blending. (Win Win no cost to the Gov)
    • Exercise consideration.
    • Carbon credits.
    • Etc
The biodiesal industry would be viable again.

Lets hope Kevin Rudd and his merry MPs promote this area.
