The fine tuning of the Adelaide plant (Mainly Lagging for winter operations) is complete and Adelaide should now be fully operational.
Perth Plant. Fine tuning is continuing I don’t remember Completion date.
But it was clear the management team was committed to achieve targets
to ensure credibility. (Full production June)
The 5.4 Mill grant will be paid this month and with the Issue they are Cash positive.
1. Major Oil Company contracts Mid to Late May announcement any day I feel.
2. Australia is a NET EXPORTER of tallow and ARW has the only process that can use 90% Plus of tallow. This is UNIQUE technology and must be in demand.
3. USA Expansion Progress. 90% Positive. THE USA Funds for he detail Feasibility very close.
4. Brisbane plant “Joint Venture” being clearly discussed.
5. Plant in the Pilbra selling direct to the Mining companies a real possibility. It is easier to transport Raw material (Tallow) than the finisher products and the mining companies would be keen to publicise they are using “Green Fuel”.
6. Profitability from July.
7. Is a real turnaround story.
8. Price Target $1.00.
9, As announced they are working with the W.A government on the Green task force.
10. ARW will and has meet with Peter Garret & Malcolm Turnbull to ensure there would be no further changes.
11. All product is 100% to specification and thus building Major coil company credibility.
12. John Lillywhite is a switched on operator.
But I still see ARW as very vulnerable and with Caltex and BNB keen to expand further into Biodiesel it could be a very beneficial few months.
Don’t forget ARW has a unique process which uses “Tallow
