with ENAMCO in this for a free 50% i would think the sov risk is significantly mitigated.
It is in their best interests to get this cranking and pave the way to a troublefree (politically) mining license and production startup.
I see,rightly or wrongly, the 50% as the price we had to pay for a path to production in their country.Everyone benefits hopefully.

On the equity raising i am hoping a large offtake customer is willing to back the project with a supply deal and equity.Then we may be able to finance the rest with loan and SPP or RRI
